Muskoka Store All has two self storage locations: beside Highway 11 on the north edge of Gravenhurst, and beside Highway 169 on the west edge of Gravenhurst.
The Highway 11 site (1019 Crawford Road) is visible to thousands of drivers passing by each day. The property is enclosed by an industrial chain link fence topped with three strands of barbed wire.
Highway 11 Individual Storage Units (10 x 10, 10 x 15, 8 x 20, 10 x 20):
Our Crawford Road self-storage facility consists of a fenced compound containing three buildings with almost 100 well-constructed individual lockable units. Each building is illuminated at night by exterior lights. The buildings are built on thick, industrial poured concrete slabs, with prefabricated poured concrete walls.
Each Crawford Road client – – whether for storage or outdoor parking – – is registered with a personal key code to permit entry through the electronically activated gate mechanism. Once inside, the gate closes automatically until the client is ready to leave the premises. Our electronic gate and computer system are professionally designed, manufactured, and maintained, but from time to time a malfunction may cause the gate to remain open due to mechanical or electronic failure, extreme weather conditions, or other reasons.
Highway 11 Fenced Outdoor Parking:
Our five acre Crawford Road property offers plenty of rentable outdoor parking space for cars, trucks, recreational vehicles, boats, equipment, or pretty well anything else that moves. Maximum allowable vehicle length is 35 feet.
PLEASE NOTE: Our outdoor vehicle parking area is NOT kept clear of snow, so vehicles parked for the winter may not be accessible until spring.
Highway 169 Individual Storage Lockers (6 x 6, 8 x 10, 10 x 17, 10 x 24):
Our West Gravenhurst self-storage facility offers units within insulated, dehumidified buildings, featuring wooden floors on top of poured concrete. Buildings are illuminated at night by exterior lights.
